Please take note of fulfillment and shipping times. Many items are made-to-order and every single order is packed and shipped by our small team from our studio in Chennai. 

Do not hesitate to reach out if you are hoping to receive your order by a particular date. Please email us at umangbeads@gmail.com with your order. We will always make our best effort to accommodate.

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Umang Beads is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf.

FULFILLMENT

Handled with care - please allow 14 business days for fulfillment.

Each order is packaged with care by our small team at our studio in Chennai. In general, all Umang Beads jewellery is made-to-order, while some items are ready-to-ship. For any orders with made-to-order items, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship out; orders entirely consisting of ready-to-ship products can expect orders to go out within 7 business days.

During the holidays and major promotions, shipping times may require additional time. 

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing us umangbeads@gmail.com . We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with India Post. Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order.

Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us at umangbeads@gmail.com so we can advise you on the best shipping method. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.
